Airtel is offering trial version of its PC Secure security software for a month to its dongle users.
Airtel 3G data card users can now use Airtel PC Secure Security solution free for a month. Following the 30-days trial period, customers will have the option to buy a monthly or yearly subscription of the anti-virus.
The basic pack of Airtel PC Secure includes antivirus and antispyware protection for Rs 85 per month or Rs 750 per annum. While, the Advance pack, which also includes Firewall protection, is priced at Rs 100 for a month or can be brought for Rs 850 for a year.
On the other hand, the premium pack of Airtel PC Secure comes with parental control and spam control apart from what the advance pack provides. The premium pack costs Rs 125 per month and Rs 999 per annum.
Airtel PC Secure is powered by F-Secure, which is designed to protect the computer from all kinds of malicious software (including spyware, worms, trojans, rootkits and zero-hour attacks) and protect customers' personal information (such as bank details, passwords etc.) in the online domain.
