As the word ‘neon’ in its name indicates, this app lets you convert images into neon paintings with the help of various tools that it has in its arsenal. It has different kinds of drawing tools like paintbrush, pencil, text of various colors, filters like flashlight and lighten, and the basic adjustment tools like crop, resize, rotate and flip.
The tool is available for free and is a variant of the more powerful image editing software called Amopic. This one isn’t meant for image editing; it only helps you spice up your images and have fun with them.
