India’s second Intel-powered smartphone XOLO X700 spotted online for INR 14,000

After XOLO X900, Lava and Intel are gearing up to launch the second Intel-powered smartphone in India and well, it seems to be made for India.  Dual-SIM connectivity, decent pricing – XOLO X700 seems to have quite a few things up its sleeve to make it a success in the country.

Spotted on HomeShop18 by folks at TelecomGyaan, XOLO X700 runs on Android 4.0 and features 1.2GHz Intel ATOM processor, 5MP rear camera, 2000 mAh battery, 4.3-inch qHD display, dual-SIM connectivity (with dual-standby) and front camera.

Other connectivity options include the usual Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 3G. According to the listing, the XOLO X700 will be priced at INR 14,000.

The smartphone is currently listed as out of stock on the website, with no tentative availability date. We hope to hear something concrete about the launch of the phone soon.

Lava had earlier launched India and world’s first Intel powered smartphone XOLO X900 in the country earlier this year. It is currently retailing for INR 17,500 in the country.
