Moonberri: Securely Share Docs, Photos, & Videos Over The Internet

From time to time, we all need to share files online. While doing this, we need to take care of a few things. In case we want to keep the files private, we need to have a unique URL generated for each file that can be known only via sharing. In case the files are sensitive, we also want them to be protected by a password that we can set. Finally, we want to ensure that the web service we use supports a variety of file formats. All of this is offered by a web service called Moonberri.

Moonberri is a free to use web service that helps you share files online easily and securely. You can create an account on the website to keep track of the files you have uploaded but if you do not want to keep track, then registration is not necessary. Files can be uploaded to the site by browsing towards them. A wide variety of file formats is supported including documents, images, and videos. Once the files have been uploaded, you can edit their name, set a password for their access, and edit the direct URL that leads to these files.

You can also copy the files to your clipboard, download them directly, or simply delete them off the Moonberri server. To share the link, all you have to do is share the URL of the file. The link visitor will need to type in your password, if any, before the file can be accessed. He can then download the file and even leave comments.

Comments by unregistered users show up as “Guest” whereas comments of registered users appear by name. The date and time of each comment is visible.
