Toshiba unveils the PS20 LED Power TV in India, starting at Rs.32,990.

Last year, Toshiba launched a range of televisions from their Power TV line-up and building up on their current models, the brand aims to revolutionize the panel TV market in India by launching the PS20 LED TV. The TV features a narrow bezel measuring at a mere 17mm. Toshiba claims that this is a masterpiece that will be acclaimed by home entertainment and design enthusiasts, alike. The thin bezel enhances the fusion of elegance and superior TV viewing experience. The Toshiba PS20 LED Power TV series features the REGZA Engine technology, which offers great picture quality. The PS20 series features Toshiba’s proprietary ‘Power Meta Brain’, an image processing engine that integrates advanced technologies to ensure high resolution image with vibrant colors. The 10-bit video processing power of PS20 maintains the 10-bit quality of input data quality during video processing, which produces over 1 billion colours, thereby resulting in a more natural picture creation. The PS20 Power TV series also boasts of a feature called ‘Auto Clean’ that reduces the noise during the transmission of the images, enhancing the picture quality. The PS20 LED TV, like all Toshiba Power TVs come with the ‘Auto Signal Booster’ and ‘AutoView’ features. Auto signal booster improves signal sensitivity and allows viewing in areas with weak signal strengths, while the AutoView feature monitors the room brightness and adjusts the backlight and various picture parameters, accordingly. It also continually analyzes image lightness and darkness, adjusting it to maintain maximum contrast and reduces the running costs by lowering power consumption.
