Mujjo launches capacitive leather gloves for touchscreen devices

Now, operate all capacitive touchscreen devices while protecting your hands in these stylish leather gloves.

Dutch mobile accessories brand Mujjo has announced its new pure leather touchscreen sensitive gloves for mobile devices. Till date, many brands have tried their hands at making capacitive touchscreen gloves for devices, but none have been in pure leather.

These gloves enable the user to stay protected from cold weather while still operating their capacitive touchscreen devices, which are available in plenty today. The leather utilised in these gloves has been prepared using nanotechnology that allows conductive signals that help users to operate a touchscreen.

Capacitive touchscreens work on the principle of electrical conductivity and since our skin is a good conductor of electricity, every time we touch the screen with bare hands, a small electrical charge is sent to the area on the device that is touched. This electrical charge allows the capacitive touchscreen to sense the location of touch, hence turning it into an action on the device.

The Mujjo leather touchscreen gloves are manufactured using Ethiopian lambskin leather that offers excellent thermal insulation, while at the same time conducting electrical impulses. The leather has been treated to make it water and dust resistant, and offers anti-microbial properties too.

The gloves are available in India and can be ordered directly from Mujjo's online store. Users will be able to buy them for Rs 9,300, which is a bit high, but for the comfort it offers, many users will definitely like this product.
