Tello: Get Quick Feedback From Customers


Tello is a service aimed at helping businesses improve customer service by providing them with quick, real-time consumer feedback and the tools to respond to them effectively. A customer can provide feedback via a text message, email or Tello’s iPhone app (or by visiting their mobile site on any phone). Your team members are instantly notified and they can then take action to appropriately address the customer concern (if there is one).

Tello also provides rich dashboards with live consumer ratings and other useful data, and an employee analytics dashboard that lets you know which of your employees are being rated by customers. It comes in both free and paid versions, with the free version being restricted to 3 business locations. As a consumer, one can sign up for free and start rating businesses.
