AutoScreenCap: Automatically Take & Save Screenshots At Regular Time Intervals

If there is a process going on on your computer and you need to take images of it, manually taking screenshots after a few seconds and then saving them would be very inconvenient. Here to make the process automatic is a desktop app called AutoScreenCap.

AutoScreenCap is a free to use desktop app compatible with Windows computers. The app comes in a ZIP archive sized at nearly 900KB; to run the app simply open the EXE file contained within the archive – installation is not required.

In the app’s window, select a screenshot capture interval in seconds, a folder for the saved screenshots, and the quality of the JPEG screenshots that the app will be taking. To start, click on the “Start Capture” button and to stop, return to the app and use the “Stop Capture” button. Meanwhile your screenshots folder will be filled with the screenshots by the app.

Features:

  • A user-friendly desktop app.
  • Compatible with Windows computers.
  • Lets you take screenshots at periodic intervals.
  • Lets you set file quality of JPEG screenshots.
