Mysterious Motorola Google phone images leaked

Video of an upcoming Motorola Google smartphone points at the possible design of the X-Phone packing a 720p HD Super AMOLED display and quad-core Qualcomm processor.

Motorola and Google team were rumoured for working on a new smartphone dubbed as X-Phone. Likely to be the next generation Motorola brand of device, the X-Phone is expected to arrive before the end of this year. Meanwhile, Vietnamese forum Tinhte.vn posted a video showing a purported prototype model of the X-Phone.

As per the video, the said Motorola smartphone runs the vanilla Google Android operating system with little bit of Motorola customisations in few icons and the home screen clock widget. This smartphone has a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display with 720p HD native resolution. The display seems to be almost similar quality as the one found in the Nexus 4 smartphone. Also, Motorola has added its edge to edge screen technology in the construction of this device providing wider real-estate for display.

The back panel of the device is slightly arched and has Motorola’s M logo at the back with camera sensor having LED flash light below. There is a speaker mesh to the right of the camera at the back. The micro USB port is located in the center at the bottom and the audio port is located at the top.

This prototype smartphone allegedly runs quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon family mobile processor with Adreno 320 graphics chip and 2 GB RAM.

To power this smartphone, Motorola will be adding a 2200 mAh battery. Motorola build Google phone is expected to be unveiled at the upcoming Google I/O Conference in mid-May this year.
