Chemcraft: Look Up Information On Elements In A Visually Appealing Periodic Table [iOS]

Any high school or college student will know just how involved chemistry can be. Protons, neutrons, electrons, electron shells, covalent bonds – the list goes on and on. Therefore, it’s almost a no-brainer to have some sort of reference material at the ready whenever you’re allowed to have it. Interestingly enough, a high school senior has made an app to give the periodic table a new edge, so iOS device users will be in luck.

After a quick and easy installation, Chemcraft lets you look up 30 different facts about every single element. Since there are currently 118 elements, that’s 3,540 different facts about all of the elements! You can also organize all your elements alphabetically, by atomic number, or by element category (such as halogens).

There are also links which direct you to the Wikipedia page for that specific element as well as to two other important chemistry websites, a built-in calculator, a how-to guide, and much more. Did we also mention it’s quite visually appealing?

Features:

  • 3,540 facts about all the elements.
  • Shows important links.
  • Good organizational tools.
  • Built-in functionalities.

Check it out @ the Apple App Store
