Samsung Galaxy SII Plus is the upgraded version of Galaxy SII.
Samsung Galaxy SII Plus, the upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy S2, was launched just days back in India for Rs 22,900. But if you are in search of a better deal then you are lucky as Indiatimes is offering the Galaxy S2 Plus at a special price of Rs 20,152 only.

Despite the lower price, the new Samsung Galaxy SII Plus comes with better features than its older sibling. It comes preinstalled with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system along with Samsung's touch Wiz user interface version 5.
As its older sibling, Samsung Galaxy SII Plus comes with a 4.3-inch Super Amoled Plus WVGA resolution based display, an 8 megapixel rear camera, a 2 megapixel front camera and 1650 mAh battery. However according to Samsung, the battery back up in Samsung Galaxy SII Plus is slightly better than that of Galaxy SII.
The Samsung Galaxy SII Plus comes with a new chipset made by Broadcom however like the older smartphone, the new Galaxy SII Plus has a dual core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. But due to this new generation processor, applications are likely to run better and the device is also expected to offer better connectivity and power management. The Galaxy SII Plus has 8 GB of onboard storage along with 1 GB of RAM. There is also provision to use 64 GB external memory against 32 GB of the SII.
Like the older Samsung Galaxy SII, the new smartphone has also 3G support for 21 Mbps, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi. You also get active noise cancellation and TV Out through MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) which is an industry standard for a mobile audio/video interface.
