'Real' specifications of Samsung Nexus Prime leaked.


The specifications of the Samsung Nexus Prime continues to be a mystery. We reported earlier that an anonymous 4Chan member had received first hand information regarding the smartphone from Samsung representatives. While these specifications are partly true, tech website GSMArena, have received some more interesting information about this handset from an anonymous Google source. We already know that the Nexus Prime is going to be the first handset to feature Google’s next big OS – Ice Cream Sandwich, but what we did not know is that this handset will feature Samsung’s own dual core 1.5GHz processor, dual core Imagination GPU, 8 megapixel camera that can record full HD videos at 1080p, a super powerful 2050mAh battery and will be LTE-enabled that could feature a SIM card slot that supports both GSM and CDMA carriers.

Here’s a quick look at the rumoured specifications of the Samsung Nexus Prime:

2.> Round-edged body along with a curved display, 8.8mm thick and metallic body
3.> Samsung’s dual-core CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz
4.> Dual-mode GSM/ CDMA support

7.> Resolution of 1280 x 720 HD display
8.> 16GB internal memory
9.> 8 megapixel camera with the ability to record full HD 1080p videos

11.> 2050 mAh battery

As of now, these are just rumoured specifications and should be taken with a grain of salt. Samsung has put up a video advertisement with the tagline that reads, ‘Something BIG is coming.’ With the Google event just around the corner on the 11th of October, all these rumoured specifications may be put to rest with the official unveiling of the flagship model from Samsung.
