Fashionista Jil Sander launches a WP7-based smartphone.

German-based luxury fashion brand owner, Jil Sander has enhanced her existing line-up comprising of a clothing line, eyewear, jewelry, perfumes, with the launch of a smartphone based on Windows Phone OS 7.5 aka Mango. The smartphone, according to an official mention on her website reveals that it comes fused with the latest technologies, and video of the smartphone posted on YouTube reveals that the smartphone is a rather good looking one, with a sleek appearance.

Also introduced along with the smartphone is an app, aptly called the Jil Sander app. The app, according to the official post on the website enables ‘a vivid interaction with the brand’. It draws an instant connect between the users and Sander’s seasonal collections. Users will also be able to connect to the various social media events. Also included, is a
shopping menu, which as the name suggests takes users through all of Sander’s creations, and finally to their online store.
