Aircel has joined hands with Micromax, an Indian handset marketer, under which the GSM service provider is offering exciting data and calling benefits to Micromax handset users who opt for a new Aircel connection. Thus as soon as you insert a new Aircel SIM into your Micromax handset, you can avail the offer.
As per the announcement, Aircel is offering local calling at 1 paisa per two seconds, STD at 1 paisa per second, and 2 GB data (3G or 2G depending on your circle) each month for three months on 3G enabled Micromax handsets. Besides, WAP content worth Rs 10,000 and Popcorn internet TV is also being offered for three months.
Users of 2G Micromax handsets will also get to enjoy local calls at 1 paisa per two seconds, STD calls at 1 paisa per second, and WAP content worth Rs 10,000. However, they won't get the Popcorn internet TV as they anyway cannot enjoy it on their 2G connection. Also, 2G Micromax handset users will get only 1 GB of data each month for three months.
