HTC’s upcoming Galaxy Note III competitor One Max has been outed via a sighting in China. The leaked images show the 5.9-inch display on-board this giant smartphone. As you can see, One Max seems like a stretched HTC One with narrower bezel.
According to a report in ePrice, the phone will be packing a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 1080p display. The phone will also come with 2.1MP front camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, Ultrapixel camera and 3,300 mAh battery.
Like HTC One, the company will release a separate China-specific version of One Max, which will come with a detachable back cover to access microSD card slot and dual-SIM card slots. The single-SIM international variant is likely to skip both of these.
There is no confirmation but ePrice speculates that HTC One Max might come with stylus support, rear fingerprint scanner and the latest version of Android. According to some online reports, HTC will showcase One Max at IFA Trade Fair in September, so we will know the confirmed details soon enough.
