Google Nexus 4 gets $100 price cut, now starts at $199

Price reduced in a total of seven countries

Google has announced a price-cut for its Nexus 4 smartphone earlier today. This Nexus smartphone is now selling for just $199 (8GB) and $249 (16GB) in the United States and similar prices in six more countries including UK, Australia, Canada and Germany.

Here is the latest pricing for Nexus 4 in six of the seven countries where Nexus 4 is now selling at the reduced price-tag; we haven’t been able to get the pricing for South Korea.

UK: Starting 159 GBP
US: Starting 199 USD
Canada: Starting 199 CAD
Australia: Starting 249 AUD
Germany: Starting 199 Euros
Spain: Starting 199 Euros
Despite getting almost a year-old, Nexus 4 is suddenly looking like a great option with the current price-cuts. The phone still packs some pretty decent specifications and for anyone planning to grab a great-mid-ranger – Nexus 4 is the best bet right now.

There is no word on whether the same price-cuts will rolled-out in other countries like India but we are trying to get more information on the same and will update the post if anything new pops up.
