Asia Powercom launches a very slim 4000 mAh power bank for Rs 1,799

The power bank can be used to charge mobile phones, tablets, MP3 players and cameras. It can fully charge a 7 inch tablet or a 5 inch mobile phone twice on a single charge.

Asia Powercom has launched a 4000 mAh power bank for mobiles and portable devices called AsiaPower AP4000A. The power bank is priced at Rs 1,799.

Asia Power AP4000A offers one USB charging output port, and apart from mobile phones and tablet PCs, power bank can also be used to charge ipods, MP3/ MP4 players, PDAs, portable game consoles and many other USB-powered electronic gadgets.

Tejas Sheth, country manager at Asia Powercom, said, "We are happy to launch India's slimmest power bank AsiaPower AP4000A. This power bank can be carried on a trip to listen to songs, make calls or play unlimited games without the fear of running out of battery on the move. It can also be used to charge the camera to continue taking photos. Best of all, its slim design easily slips into a pocket or bag."

The power bank takes approximately 4-5 hours to charge and can fully charge a 7 inch tablet or two smartphones (or one smartphone twice) on average. The power bank weighs around 107 grams.
