Samsung Galaxy S4 gets software update in Germany, Apps to SD support in tow

Samsung is rolling out a new software update for Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 consumers in Germany. The update, which is now live via Kies and over-the-air, reportedly brings Apps to SD card support as well as a new camera firmware. It is around 366MB in size.

The full change-log is not available right now but as per online reports, this I9505XXUBMEA update is meant to solve the internal storage woes of the consumers. With the current update, consumers will be able to save or move applications from internal storage to SD card, which is positive addition.

The update has also cleared-up some internal storage on the phone – the total free on-board storage is now around 9.23GB.

In related news, Samsung is also releasing a software update for Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 consumers in China, but there is no word on the included changes.
