Nokia Xpress browser updated to run on 512 MB RAM

Nokia has pushed an update for the Xpress browser to run on lower memory smartphones and translate any page to Hindi.

Nokia has pushed an update for its Cloud computing powered Xpress browser for Windows Phone devices. The Nokia Xpress Browser for Windows Phone gets a new Hindi Translation option with a slew of several other features. This mobile web browser is powered by Nokia controlled cloud servers that aim to make the web browsing experience faster. The update is now live and available for download from the Windows Phone store.

Nokia Xpress browser delivers pre-defined content to users on their Windows Phone devices. This mobile browser aims to provide two major functions -save time and save data. Xpress Home is the homescreen filled with the latest updates and bookmarks to frequently visited websites.

The new update for Nokia Xpress browser brings a magazine function where users can bookmark to save and store articles that can be read later. Storage of photos and videos has been taken care of by Sky Drive and the user can directly save multimedia there without using any data. You can search for any word on the page and also monitor your data usage through the Xpress browser.

Xpress browser can now offer translations of any web page with a single click, and thankfully Hindi translation is supported by this update. Download the Nokia Xpress browser update for Windows Phone devices and save some data while you browse the mobile web.
