XOLO Q800 specs revealed, will compete with Micromax A116 Canvas HD

As we have already reported XOLO (Lava’s sub-brand) is going to launch quad-core Q800 smartphone soon. Now, the detailed specifications of this Jelly Bean smartphone have appeared online.  Apart from the lack of 720p HD display, the XOLO Q800 seems like a decent competitor to Micromax’s A116 Canvas HD  smartphone. Also, the phone will be preferred by the consumers, who don’t want a huge display like 5-inch.

XOLO Q800 features 4.5-inch qHD capacitive IPS display, single SIM connectivity, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The phone also packs 8MP rear camera, 1.2MP front camera, 2100 mAh battery, 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage.

You can further expand the storage with the help of microSD card slot.  The smartphone will come with 2100 mAh battery and the usual set of connectivity options like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

XOLO Q800 will be part of company’s brand new Q-series that will only feature quad-core phones. According to reports, the Q800 will be priced around INR 12-13K.

Update: XOLO is running a countdown on its website for the launch of Q800, which revealed that the phone will be launched on March 14, 2013  at 4PM.
